Race Timetable and distances

• Boys / Girls Under 13 - 10:30am (approx 3k) *
• Boys / Girls Under 15 - 11:00am (approx 4k)
• Girls Under 17 and Under 20 - 11:30am (approx 5k)
• Boys Under 17 + Senior/Veteran Ladies 12:00  (approx 6.5k)
• Boys Under 20 and Senior/Veteran men 12:45 (approx 8.5k)

* Under 13 – change of rules by UKA.  

Athletes must now be age 11 on August 31st prior to the start of the Competition Year rather than age 11 on the day of the race. This means that year 6 pupils cannot compete against years 7 and 8 pupils. If a host club puts on an under 11’s race it will need to include year 6 pupils who are age 11 on the day of competition.
