Adult League updated

Huge congratulations to Camilla Wilkes for completing Ironman Austria in a fantastic time!

Well done to Sam Parrott and Bill Smith for competing in the Southend Triathlon. Sam was third male and Bill was fifth. Also, to former club member Stacey Wimbledon-Emig, who was first female!

The next Adult League event is the 10 mile bike Time Trial on Wednesday 1st July.
