Mob Match added to the Adult League, information here

Congratulations to Pat and Tom Walsh for their outstanding racing at Ironman Venice-Jesolo 70.3. The Adult League has been updated with their results.

The club is participating in a mob match between Tri Sport Essex, Blackwater Tri and EETC. This is a duathlon.

Date - Sunday 18th May

Time - 1-3pm

Venue - Redbridge Cycling Centre, IG6 3HP

Distances - 4k run, 10k bike, 2.5k run

Cost - £5, pay on arrival
