Adult League event on Tuesday track night - 1st April

The next Adult League event is a 3k running time trial around the track at Basildon Sporting Village. This will take place instead of the usual adult coached run session, at 6.30pm, on Tuesday 1st April. It will include a structured warm-up and drills beforehand, and a cool down afterwards.

The kids session will still be coached as usual.
