Updated information about the Adult League

The Adult League has beeen updated with the results of the recent X-Country at Hockley Woods.

As there are going to be quite a few club members taking part in the Hever Castle Race Series weekend, I have added the Sprint and Olympic distance races to the Adult League.

I have also found another Aquathlon, at Tonbridge, so I have added that to the league too.
