Sunday Cross Country - Final Round

Venue: Wild Forest Outdoor Activity Centre, Ongar Road, Brentwood, CM150LA. Note that this is NOT at the Secret Nuclear Bunker or at the Nuclear Races event village across the road. Download the what 3 words app and navigate to flames.land.lows

Parking: Free, but limited, so please share if possible

Time: The race starts at 10am, but please be there by 9.30 latest to register (look out for the EETC feather flag near the start)

Entry: Open to all club member over 17. Club colours must be worn. £5 entry fee payable by transfer or training voucher (no cash please)

Race: 7.1km/4.4miles - very muddy!

Refreshments: Hot drinks will be available to purchase

Risk Acknowledgement: Please can all runners read & sign a risk acknowledgement form before the race (I will provide this on the day)
