CROSS COUNTRY - 20th OCTOBER

Venue:  Hadleigh Country Park, SS7 2PP.  Please park in the car park (charges apply), and not on the road

Time:  The race starts at 10am, but please be there by 9.30 latest to register

Entry:  Open to all club member over 17.  Club colours must be worn.  £5 entry fee payable by card or training voucher (no cash please)

Race:  7km/4.3miles - lots of mud & some gravel sections.  Spikes may be worn by running next to the gravel paths

Refreshments:  At The Hub (unfortunatley not free)
