ESSEX TRI - YOUTH LEAGUE: |

| The above races make up the East Essex Tri Club
Youth League. To be a 'Youth',
competitors must be born between 1st January 2001 & 31st December
2002. There are a maximum of 7 scoring
events of which the best 2 triathlons, the best aquathlon or duathlon, the
best run race, the best swim TT, the best bike TT and the best other event
(from any category) count. Scoring is
based on the winner getting maximum points and then for other competitors,
points are awarded as a proportion of the winners time divided by their
time. It is therefore important that
if you can't win the race to get as close as possible to the winner's
time. To be eligible you must be a
member of East Essex Tri Club. Points

| Races labelled ERL make up the East Region League.
The best 5 events count where 4 must be triathlons, the fifth can be a
duathlon or aquathlon. Scoring is
based on the winner getting 10000 points and then for other competitors,
points are awarded as a proportion of the winners time divided by thier
time. To be eligible you must be a
member of a Triathlon England within the East Region (this is a change in
requirement from previous years where participants needed to be a member of
an affiliated club within the East Region).
