The above races make up the East Essex Tri Club TriStar League.  Open to all club members, athletes compete in their own gender & age group (TriStar Start, 1, 2 & 3).  There are a maximum of 5 scoring events of which the best 2 triathlons, the best aquathlon or duathlon and best 2 other events (any) count.  Scoring is based on the winner getting 100 points and then for other competitors, points are awarded as a proportion of the winners time divided by their time.  It is therefore important that if you can't win the race to get as close as possible to the winner's time.
Bonus Points (new for 2019):  There will be 10 bonus points for all athletes competing in the TriStar Club Championships.  There will also be 10 bonus points for all TriStars who marshal at the Basildon Aquathlon (adults event) and at the Grays Triathlon on 14th July
